SEMO baseball series opener moved to 3 p.m. Friday

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

The Southeast Missouri State baseball team has moved their game time for their Friday afternoon series opener against Jacksonville State.

The game has been moved to start to a 3 p.m. start at Capaha Field, due to rain in the Cape Girardeau area.

The Redhawks baseball tailgate is still on for Friday's contest as the Bank of Missouri and Kohlfeld Distributing will be providing free food and drink to fans.

Saturday's contest has also been changed to a time to be determined due to the threat of overnight rain and possible morning showers on Saturday.

Saturday's Baseball Tailgate has also been rescheduled to a later time. Saturday's Pitch, Hit & Run contest has canceled.

Stay up to date on all the latest changes on GoSoutheast.com as announcements will be made when available.
