(KFVS) - All National Weather Service radios are working again, according to the NWS.
It was thought that the transmitters serving Illinois and Missouri were down, but it turns out a line had been cut.

Storm reports from NWS on 4/18:
1:52 p.m. - 2 miles SW of Royalton in Williamson County, IL - Emergency manager relayed a public report of a funnel cloud that briefly touched down. No damage information relayed at this time.
2:08 p.m. - Trained spotters reported a funnel cloud between Sesser and Christopher, IL near Highway 148 in Franklin County.
2:08 p.m. - Trained spotters reported a rotating wall cloud between Bush and Hurst in Williamson County, IL.
2:24 p.m. - .25 inch hail reported in Benton, IL.
2:31 p.m. - Law enforcement relayed report of rotating wall cloud near Orient, northwest of West Frankfort, IL.
2:48 p.m. - Tree blocking the road on Highway 37. This is just North of Dix in Jefferson County, IL.
8:35 p.m. - Power outages reported in the Water Valley and Pilot Oak, KY areas.
8:50 p.m. - Downed Trees Reported Along County Highway 1124 Along The Graves And Calloway County Line in Backusburg, KY.
9 p.m. - 60 mph winds measured at Sharpe, KY in Marshall County.
