Fredericktown man facing sodomy charges

FREDERICKTOWN, MO (KFVS) -

A Fredericktown, Missouri man is facing sodomy charges.

Court papers show Earl Dean Tripp, 71, of Fredericktown faces two counts of statutory sodomy first degree and four counts of statutory sodomy second degree of a minor.

The alleged abuse is to have occurred over a five year period in various locations in Madison County like on walking trails and public restrooms.

Tripp is scheduled  to be in court on April, 18 for a counsel status hearing at the Madison County Courthouse.
