Advance city leaders to address dog ordinance proposal

City leaders in Advance, Missouri plan to address a dog ordinance proposal on Monday night.

Mayor Pete Ritter previously tabled the ordinance that would limit homes in the city to just two dogs per home.

He says on Monday night he plans to tell people who come to the meeting that he plans to keep it on hold until they can look into it further.

This proposal was a response to several situations involving barking dogs that the mayor said was out of control.
