3 face drug charges after bust in Graves County

GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says three men are facing marijuana related charges after deputies reportedly found drugs in a Sedalia home.

George (Sippy) Haynes, 30, of Sedalia, Ky., was charged with trafficking marijuana less than 8 oz 2nd offense a class D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorder conduct second degree.

Jeremy Mason, 27, of Mayfield, Ky., and Tevin J. Teal, 20, of Clarksville, Tenn., were both charged with trafficking marijuana less than 8 oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both charges are class A misdemeanors.

Redmon says that detectives received information of illegal drug activity taking place at a home near Sedalia. A search warrant was obtained and executed.

Investigators say they found marijuana, scales, baggies, other paraphernalia and cash.

All three men were taken to Graves County Jail.

The sheriff's office was assisted by detectives and the K9 Unit of the Mayfield Police Department.
