GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says a man and woman from Graves County are facing multiple drug related charges.
Zachary Burnett, 25, of Lowes and Misty Lewis, 29, of Lowes, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, cultivating marijuana (5 plants), possession of controlled substance first degree and possession of controlled substance second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Redmon says meth was found in the home in Lowes and evidence of meth manufacturing was found inside and outside the home.
He says grow-room was located in the residence with an expensive ventilation system and high-powered halogen lighting equipment.
The sheriff says some growing marijuana plants were found inside the home and precursor items and a start to a mushroom growing operation were found.
Redmon says Burnett and Lewis were in possession of illegal narcotic drugs at the time of their arrest.
Detectives of the Mayfield Police Department assisted the sheriff's office.
