Phone lines down, 911 service rerouted in Pemiscot County

PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - Phone lines are down in Pemiscot County.

Sheriff Tommy Greenwell says his office cannot take 911 calls as a result of the lines being down.

If you have an emergency, your call will go through to Dunklin County dispatch and then the information will be forwarded to Pemiscot County.

Sheriff Greenwell says the phone lines will be down until Tuesday.

He says an AT&T Power Supply went down in the Pemiscot County Justice Center. They have to overnight a new part in and it will be installed.
