BISMARCK, MO (KFVS) - Prosecutors have charged a Bismarck woman after she reportedly shot a man in the shoulder on Sunday.
Marsha Rulo, 32, was charged with felony first degree assault and armed criminal action.
Court records show Rulo is accused of shooting a man in the shoulder at her home.
There was reportedly a struggle with the gun after he was shot inside the home. The man's girlfriend and her children were reportedly also in the home at the time.
Rulo reportedly walked the victim out to his car and he drove to the police station.
Rulo was arrested at a C-Store nearby.
She was being held in the St. Francois County jail on $125,000 bond.
