PERRYVILLE, MO (KFVS) -

It appears the investigation into a complaint against Perryville's police chief is wrapping up.

A member of the police department is accusing chief Keith Tarrillion of misconduct.

In a statement, Tarrillion said he took a voluntary leave of absence, and said he welcomed the review because he has done nothing wrong.

Perryville's city attorney says he'll be meeting with the chief's lawyer on Monday.

The outcome is expected after that.
