KENNETT, MO (KFVS) -

In the Bootheel, the city of Kennett will have to wait a little longer before officials learn the results of tests taken after mold was found in the police department.

Tuesday night the results were supposed to be presented to the city council, but it has been postponed.

No word at this time when Southeast Missouri State Professor Doctor John Kraemer will report his findings.

In February, the police department was forced to evacuate their facility after mold was found in the attic of the building.

Samples were also taken from the two firehouses in Kennett.

Right now, the police department is working out of city hall.
