SPRINGFIELD, IL (KFVS) -

Gov. Pat Quinn is set to deliver his Fiscal Year 2014 Budget Address on Wednesday at noon.

According to his office, Quinn will give the speech from the Illinois State Capitol in Springfield.

The event will be streamed live at www.illinois.gov.
