A Stoddard County man says he'll show the government his personal documents to get a conceal carry permit, but he doesn't want them to keep the personal information. Watch tonight at 10 for more.

An elderly man and woman were found dead after a house fire in Ste. Genevieve yesterday. The fire department says both victims died from smoke inhalation.

Crews were on the scene of a fire in Vienna, Ill. this afternoon that destroyed an apartment building. No one was injured, but crews battled the fire for two to three hours before the building collapsed.

Jackson County Emergency Management Agency and local fire departments will be meeting throughout southern Illinois to help program weather radios. Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Illinois is set for March 3-9.

The Murphysboro Police Department is investigating a series of vehicle burglaries early Monday morning. Around noon that at least 15 cars had items stolen from them with more reports coming in. Todd Tumminia talked to a neighbor in the area about her concerns. You can click here for more.
