CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

Two teens are injured after rollover crash off of Hwy. AB two miles south of Cape Girardeau.

Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal Mark Winder says it happened around 11:30 Wednesday morning.

A red Jeep Sport traveling eastbound on Hwy. AB ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected twice and flipped a couple times, then landed in a field.

Dru F. Armitage, 18, Chaffee and Haley N. Cato, 18, of Cape Girardeau were ejected.

They were taken to Saint Francis Medical Center with serious, but non life-threatening injuries.

Winder says they were not wearing their seatbelts.
