HARDIN COUNTY, IL (KFVS) -
Two people were killed in a crash early Sunday morning in Hardin County, Illinois.
According to Sheriff Jerry Fricker, it happened around 3 a.m. on Route 146, one mile east of Elizabethtown, Illinois.
Fricker says a man and woman from Cave-in-Rock were pronounced dead at scene by the Hardin County
coroner.
The cause of death not known at this time, according to Fricker.
Illinois State Police are handling the crash reconstruction.
The victims' names are not being released until family is notified.
