SIU Edwardsville defeats Southeast Missouri 78-65

EDWARDS COUNTY, IL (KFVS) -

SIU Edwardsville topped the Southeast Missouri State women 78-65 Monday night in Edwardsville, Ill.

Raven Berry led the Cougars, posting a double-double with 28 points and 13 rebounds. CoCo Moore fared well with 17 points. 

Kara Wright scored a career-high 22 points and grabbed 5 rebounds while Allyson Bradshaw had 17 points in the defeat.

The Cougars improve to 11-10 and 5-4 in the Ohio Valley Conference. The Redhawks drop to 8-13 and 2-6.

Southeast's next game will be against Eastern Kentucky at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Show Me Center.
