WHITE COUNTY, IL (KFVS) -
A Mill Shoals, Ill. man was injured after the brakes on his car malfunctioned.
On Tuesday, Jan. 22, Kyle L. Taylor, 44, was driving eastbound on White CR 2475N. When Taylor tried to stop at the White CR 450E intersection, the brakes on the car reportedly didn't work and Taylor was not able to stop.
According to Illinois State Police, the car continued through the intersection before hitting a ditch on the east side of White CR 450E.
Taylor was taken to Fairfield Memorial Hospital by a family member for treatment.
