Pedestrian injured after hit by truck overnight in Farmington, Mo.

FARMINGTON, MO (KFVS) -

Troopers say a pedestrian was injured after being hit by a pickup truck overnight in Farmington, Missouri.

According to Missouri Highway Patrol the incident happened shortly after midnight on Weber Road, 1/10 mile south of Clover Lane.

Troopers say a truck driven by Jennifer N. Rector, 32, of Farmington, was northbound on Weber Rd. and Bobby R. Kean, 24, of Leadwood, tried to cross the road directly in front of her truck. That's when police say the truck collided with Kean.

Kean reportedly received serious injuries and was taken by helicopter to a St. Louis area hospital for treatment.
