Redhawks snap losing streak with 74-62 win

(KFVS) - Southeast Missouri State snapped a four-game losing streak against Tennessee Tech winning 74-62 Saturday night.

Tyler Stone posted a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds, both team highs. Nino Johnson added 15 points and seven rebounds while Lucas Nutt contributed eight points and had four assists.

Michael Porter, who missed the first 20 games of the season to a broken foot, scored six points and had three rebounds in 16 minutes of play coming off the bench.

With eight minutes, and 27 seconds Porter went to the locker room. He did not return to the bench.

According to coach Dickey Nutt, Porter may have refractured his foot.

The Redhawks next play at SIU Edwardsville at 7 p.m. Thursday.
