Kennett police look for 2 accused of passing $100 counterfeit bills

KENNETT, MO (KFVS) -

The Kennett Police Department is looking for two people wanted in connection with an investigation of possession of counterfeit federal notes.

Kennett police have identified a white male and a white female as the ones passing at least two separate $100 bills at two locations in Kennett.

Police were able to obtain two photos from a local business in Kennett.

Police also believe that the individuals may be responsible for passing similar bills in the Poplar Bluff area as well.
