Sikeston's Hampton named goalie of the year

Sikeston senior goalie Josh Hampton earned Goal Keeper of the Year honors in Class 2 from the Missouri Soccer Coaches Association.

Hampton set a Bulldogs school record with 14 shutouts in just his first varsity season in net.

He was also the first Bulldog to earn first-time All-State honors.

Sikeston won its first regular season conference title this year.
