Conceal carry ban struck down, gaming numbers released

A federal appeals court has struck down a ban on carrying concealed weapons in Illinois - the only state where carrying concealed weapons is entirely illegal. Arnold Wyrick brings us more on this story tonight on Heartland News at 9 and 10.

Officials in Portland, Oregon have confirmed that an unidentified man entered a shopping mall, shooting at patrons late this afternoon.
