BP PLC has agreed to pay $4.5 billion in a settlement with the U.S. government over massive 2010 Gulf oil spill.

Sometimes we all need that mid-week boost, but the FDA is investigating whether the '5-Hour Energy shot' may be supplying users with too big of a rush, or even death.

    A  Paducah couple was arrested for assaulting an elderly woman they lived with. According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department, the 91-year-old woman had severe facial bruising from an assault that took place on Sunday, July 15.
