
The OVC has handed out its volleyball postseason awards.
According to the OVC, Morehead State's Ellie Roberson was selected as the 2012 Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year while Tennessee Tech's Kelsey Gray earned Defensive Player of the Year.
The honors were voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.
Also, Eastern Illinois' Abby Saalfrank was named the Freshman of the Year while Coach of the Year honors went to Morehead State's Jaime Gordon.
