HICKMAN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -
Kentucky State Police arrested one man and are looking for another after a man was shot in the leg.
It happened on Nov. 8 at 4:45 p.m. in Hickman County.
Police were called to KY 944.
Officers found Ryan Thomas, 20, with a single gunshot wound to the leg. Thomas told police he was there to meet some acquaintances.
When he arrived, he says two black males armed with guns approached him. They fought and one of the suspects shooting Thomas in the leg.
Two men fled the scene in a white Ford Crown Victoria. The car was recovered a short time later in Clinton.
Demarcus Robinson, 23, from Clinton, Ky. was arrested on Nov. 13. He is charged with robbery first degree (class B felony), assault first degree (class B felony), wanton endangerment first degree (class D felony), complicity to trafficking marijuana, less than 5 pounds (class D felony), and terroristic threatening third degree (class A misdemeanor).
Robinson was taken to the Hickman County Jail.
Kentucky State Police identified Dominique Harper, 20, from Clinton as a suspect as well.
Police are still looking for Harper. Harper is to be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Harper is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police, toll free in Kentucky at 800-222-555.
