TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Alabama head coach Nick Saban says his team will focus on moving forward and learning from their recent loss to Texas A&M on Saturday.

Despite the Crimson Tide dropping from #1 to #4 in the BCS poll, Saban says the focus is not on what has been lost, but what his team can learn from the loss.

"There are a lot of thing moving forward that we can accomplish," said Saban in his Monday press conference.

The coach brought up the question on some of the decisions made during the game. He says the issue comes down to the situations that forced those decisions and uses the fact that the team cannot seem to get emotionally involved in the games until after they are behind in the scoring. It's a problem that the coach says he has been worried about, even during the team's winning games.

"We have an opportunity now to prove that we are, can be, a good football team," said Saban.

The Tide takes on Western Carolina at home this Saturday. Alabama is heavily favored, but Coach Saban says he has respect for the team and that his players should focus on how they play against them.

"I don't think we need to worry about who we're play as how we're playing…" said Saban. "That's the approach I'd like to take with coaches, players and everybody in the organization."
