Paducah police are searching for a man who they say left a treatment facility and was possibly on his way to Louisville.
According to police, Nicholas Troy Riddle, 22, is a resident of Neurorestorative Kentucky on Tipton Lane. He left the facility Sunday night or early Monday morning and is believed to be going to his girlfriend's home in Louisville.
Authorities say Riddle was being treated for a brain injury and suffers from other medical issues. He is also reportedly without his medication.
Riddle is described as white, 5-feet-10 and 220 pounds, with a medium build. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, a black hoodie, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. He wears glasses.
Anyone who thinks they have seen Riddle is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270-444-8550 or your local police department.
