It's certainly a mess out east as election offices scramble to accommodate voters. Back here at home, it doesn't look like Sandy will impact our election day, but the storm could delay results. And, some are saying it could shape the outcome. Crystal Britt is live at five with the details.

Sandy is officially listed as the largest hurricane to have formed in the Atlantic, according to the National Hurricane Center. Todd Tumminia spent some time looking into what this means.
