Superstorm Sandy, Cape Girardeau casino opens

Superstorm Sandy's strike on the Eastern Seaboard area has left at least 21 reported dead and caused hospital evacuations, flooded streets and raging fires in New York City and other areas. Watch live coverage of Superstorm Sandy at kfvs12.com.

The Isle of Capri casino opened its doors in Cape Girardeau, Mo. today at 10:30 a.m. Watch Heartland News at noon for live coverage of the opening.
