More than a dozen people were taken to the hospital after a crash involving a church van and car Sunday afternoon in Scott County.

Authorities have confirmed that three people are dead and four others were injured after a shooting near a shopping mall in a suburb 12 miles from Milwaukee.  Authorities also say that the gunman has been found dead.

Clay Waller, the estranged husband of missing mom Jacque Waller, is due in court Monday at 9 a.m. in Jackson, Missouri.
