Shooting investigation, 3 fatal crashes, IL man accused of vehicle burglaries

Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting involving a McCracken County sheriff's deputy. Investigators say a deputy shot a man waving a gun and 'Samurai' sword towards the officer.

Sad to report, there have been several fatal crashes in the Heartland.

A Portageville man was killed in a two vehicle, head on crash this morning in Pemiscot County.

A Bunker man is dead following a semi-truck crash in Reynolds County.

A Belleville, Illinois man was killed in a two vehicle crash in Wayne County.

Police say a Murphysboro teenager faces charges in connection to several recent vehicle burglaries.
