KKK leaflet ruling, More rain possible, IL Amber Alert

Just in to our newsroom early this evening, a judge ruled in favor of the Ku Klux Klan Thursday after a lawsuit challenging the city of Cape Girardeau's litter ordinance.

The Traditionalist American Knights' Imperial Wizard, Frank Ancona, called the ruling a "victory for the First Amendment." 

This allows Klan members to put the leaflets on cars in Cape Girardeau, something they're set to do Friday. We'll have the latest tonight at 9 & 10.

Sikeston Police say an argument Wednesday afternoon ended in gunfire and a man rushed to the hospital. Police are looking for a 26-year-old suspect.
