A memorial service will be held for Southeast Missouri State soccer player Meg Herndon tonight. The memorial is scheduled to take place at Houck Stadium at 7 p.m. Crystal Britt will be live from the university tonight at 5 & 6.

A local cattle buyer accused of stealing millions of dollars was sentenced to two years in federal prison Thursday. Kathy Sweeney gives us the details later on Heartland News at 5 & 6.

Sikeston Police say an argument Wednesday afternoon ended in gunfire and a man rushed to the hospital. Police are looking for a 26-year-old suspect.
