Akin stays in race, Local court case to be hear by Supreme Court

Republican congressman Todd Akin has made good on his promise to stay in the Missouri Senate race against Democratic incumbent Claire McCaskill. Todd Tumminia sat down with Akin at a campaign stop in Cape Girardeau this evening. Watch the raw interview.

A DUI case that began in the Heartland is headed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. The case is Missouri versus McNeely and it all began in a Jackson courtroom. Holly Brantley talked to the Cape Girardeau County prosecutor about this standard setting case.
