$225,000 worth of marijuana plants found

ROCKCASTLE, KY (KFVS) -

Kentucky State Police found 225 marijuana plants in Rockcastle in Trigg County on August 27.

KSP found the plants off of Woods Road near Hurricane Baptist Church.

The plants have a street value of $225,000.

The identity of the cultivator is unknown.

KSP was assisted by the Governor's Marijuana Strike Force.

Anyone with information on the identity of the cultivator can contact the Kentucky State Police toll free at 1-800-222-5555.
