Second man charged in Tenn. nightclub murder

JACKSON, TN (KFVS) -

A second man has been charged with murder in the shooting death at a Paris, TN nightclub.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added Tevin Lumpkin, 20, to the state's Top Ten Most Wanted list after the Henry County Sheriff's Department obtained a first degree murder warrant for his involvement in the crime.

On August 25, a confrontation between several individuals broke out in Fahrenheit 101, a nightclub located on Highway 79 south.

The confrontation resulted in the shooting death of 41-year-old Eric Kinley of Paris, Tenn.

Jiles Yarbrough, 21 of Huntingdon, Tenn. was arrested and booked on a $500,000 bond.

Lumpkin, now wanted for his involvement in the incident, remains at large.

Charles Liphford faces charges related to a weapons violation.

Lumpkin is described as a 20-year-old black male with brown eyes and black hair who is known to wear dreadlocks.  He is 6'1 and 170 pounds.  He was last seen in an older model white Pontiac Bonneville with black hubcaps.

Lumpkin is considered armed and dangerous.

There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
