Some love and others hate Cape Girardeau public school's new dress policy.

It's been an ongoing issue for months - but what happens now that students are back in class and the guidelines take effect? Holly Brantley has more tonight at 5. 

New and transfer students are moving in at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau and Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
