Several unrelated arrests made in Pemiscot County

PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

The Pemiscot County Sheriff's office has made several arrests over the past week, all in unrelated instances.

The string of arrests began on August 3 with Keith Eugene Lanier, 40 of Cooter, Mo. being taken into custody and charged with domestic assault in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. Keith's Lanier's bond was set at $25,000.

In an unrelated incident, Keith Lanier's brother, Tony Lynn Lanier, 36, also of Cooter, Mo. was arrested on August 7 and charged with domestic assault in the first degree. No bond was listed for Tony Lanier.

On August 4, Maria Ann Parnell, 37, of Caruthersville, Mo was arrested and charged with domestic assault in the first degree, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. Parnell's bond was set at $100,000 for the domestic assault charge and $100,000 for the unlawful use of a weapon charge.

Also on August 4, Jason Lee Phillips, 27, of Caruthersville, was arrested and charged with domestic assault in the first degree, property damage in the second degree, first degree trespassing, two counts of peace disturbance, armed criminal action, domestic assault in the first degree with serious physical injury. Phillips received a $100,000 bond for the first degree domestic assault and a bond of $150.38 for the second degree property damage.

Sadie Chanel Robinson, 37, of Caruthersville, was charged with discharging or shooting a firearm at or, assault in the first degree, armed criminal action and endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. Robinson received a $200,000 bond for the charge of discharging or shooting a firearm at or.

Also arrested was Alice Smith, 64, of Caruthersville, charged with burglary in the first degree, assault in the second degree and armed criminal action. Smith received a $50,000 bond for the first degree burglary charge.

All arrests and instances were unrelated.
