There was a hearing today at the Alexander County Courthouse on a lawsuit over the transfer of prisoners from the supermax prison at Tamms. The state's attorney said on Wednesday morning the state would halt prisoner transfers until at least August 17. Carly O'Keefe will have the latest at 5.
