Prosecutors prepare for Waller case, Oil tank explosion

Prosecutors prepare to make their case against Clay Waller tomorrow. Waller will go before a judge in Jackson, Mo. for a preliminary hearing on charges he murdered his estranged wife Jacque Waller. Crews have been called to an oil tank explosion at an oil field in White County, Illinois. Four people have been injured.

A 29-year-old convicted sex offender is in custody after police say he exposed himself to children in Park Hills, Mo.
