GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Two Graves County men are accused of breaking into a home on Gardner Road and stealing flat screen TV.

A neighbor called the police and reported seeing a red truck pulling a trailer with a lawn mower leave the home on June 23. The neighbor saw the two men loading a large flat screen TV into the truck.

A truck and trailer matching the description was found on Chris Drive at an apartment building. When a deputy was walking towards the rear of the apartment, a man got out and tried to hide in the next door apartment.

The man was identified as Jerry Tynes, 28, of Wingo. He had an outstanding warrant from Graves County for failure to appear.

Deputies then questioned the other people in the apartment. Bobby Joe McCord, 33, of Mayfield, and Tynes were both arrested and charged with second degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking $0-$500, and second degree criminal mischief.

On June 24, police received information about the stolen TV and recovered it from a home in Water Valley on US 45. On Monday the investigation was still continuing and more arrests may be made.

McCord and Tynes were in Graves County Jail on Monday morning.
