Police arrest man after shots fired into vehicle, home

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) - A Poplar Bluff man was arrested after police say he fired shots into a vehicle and a home early Saturday morning.

Jerry Crouch Jr., 28, of Poplar Bluff is charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Poplar Bluff Police officers responded to the 900 block of Nooney Street around 2:15 a.m.

Victims and witnesses told police officers Crouch fired several rounds into a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Nooney Street.

Police say two of the rounds passed through the vehicle and hit a home.

Crouch was taken to the Butler County Jail. His bond is set at $50,000.
