(RNN) - A bridge in Washington has collapsed and at least two cars are in the water, according to KING 5 TV out of Seattle. The bridge is part of Interstate 5. There is no word on injuries. Copyright 2013

The Washington State Patrol says the Interstate 5 bridge over the Skagit River at Mount Vernon has collapsed, dumping vehicles and people into the water.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals will no longer hear arguments Friday in St. Louis in Clay Waller's federal case.
According to the U.S. Assistant Attorney Larry Ferrell, the court will make the decision on the appeal based on briefs filed by the attorneys for both sides.
Waller's federal public defender filed an appeal for the length of Waller's five year sentence on an Internet threat charge. Waller pleaded guilty to threatening to kill his estranged wife's sister on the gossip site Topix.
Ferrell expects to learn the court's decision on the appeal in the next three to six months.
Meanwhile, Waller is now facing murder charges in connection with his wife's disappearance. Jacque Waller has been missing for more than year.
