CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Two people are hospitalized after a crash in Calloway County.
According to Kentucky State Police, two cars were both driving south on Kentucky 121 South when 47-year-old John Roberts of Murray tried to pass the car in front of him.
Troopers say Roberts misjudged the distance between his car and a car driven by 83-year-old Martha Rogers of Murray. Roberts' car clipped Rogers' car.
According to Kentucky State police, Roberts ran her car off the road and she hit a telephone pole. Both the driver and her passenger, 84-year-old Carrol Rogers were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Troopers shut down the south bound lane for about an hour as they cleared the scene.
