Good evening to you. We have updates on high-profile murder cases in the Heartland and a lot more on Heartland News today.

First, Clay Waller was back in Cape Girardeau County court today appearing on murder and tampering with evidence charges. Waller is accused in the disappearance of his estranged wife, Jacque Waller. She went missing just over a year ago. Crystal Britt tells us what Clay asked the judge.

A man pleaded guilty to four counts of murder in Ripley County. David Youngblood admitted to killing his uncle, his uncle's wife, and another elderly couple, then setting their houses on fire. Another man accused in the murders pleaded not guilty today. Holly Brantley went to Ripley County to cover the proceedings today.

Kentucky State Police say a man suspected of murdering his wife in Tennessee this morning was the driver in a hit and run crash on I-24 in McCracken County this afternoon, then committed suicide just a few miles down the road.
