Man accused of chasing four wheelers with his truck

MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

A Benton, Ky. man was arrested after allegedly chasing a group of ATV riders with his pickup truck.

Kevin D. Lamb, 44, was arrested on Sunday, June 3 after Marshall County Deputy Nathan Maxlow said he was chasing the ATV riders with his truck and attempting to run them off the road.

The deputy saw Lamb trying to enter the home of one of the ATV riders after wrecking his truck in front of the home on Olive Hamlet Road.

Deputy Maxlow also saw alcoholic beverages in the vehicle and noticed the strong smell of alcohol on the Lamb.

Lamb was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, operating on a suspended license, failure to register transfer motor vehicle, license to be in possession and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
