Caruthersville man charged with sodomy, child molestation

CARUTHERSVILLE, MO (KFVS) -

A rural Caruthersville man faces two counts of statutory sodomy and child molestation charges.

Robert Brown, 43, was arrested on Saturday, May 26.

The charges were filed after investigators with the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Office and Missouri Children's Division learned of allegations of sexual activity involving Brown and a child less than the age of 14.

Brown's bond is set at $200,000.
