HARRISBURG, IL (KFVS) - A Harrisburg, Ill. man was sentenced to 15 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for burglary.
Darryl W. Hall, 26, was sentenced in County Circuit Court by Judge Walden E. Morris to 15 years, two years of mandatory supervised release and a $5,150 total fine and costs.
Hall pleaded guilty to the offense of Residential Burglary, a Class 1 Felony.
Class 1 felonies are punishable by a term of incarceration from 4 to 15 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and a $25,000 fine.
The investigation was led by the Harrisburg Police Department.
On November 22, 2009 a 911 call was placed stating a male had broke into the residence at 31 South Shaw Street in Harrisburg.
The investigation led Harrisburg Police to Mr. Hall who was arrested on December 14, 2009.
Assistant State's Attorney, Jason A. Olson, led the successful prosecution of Hall.
