WILLIAMSON COUNTY, IL (KFVS) - Accused cattle thief Jeremy Pierce made his second court appearance in the Heartland this week.
Pierce was in court on Monday in Vienna. Thursday, he appeared before a Williamson County judge.
Pierce's attorney Tim Capps, says his client was served with a new governor's warrant out of Arkansas on Thursday amending the fact that he may not have been in the state when the alleged cattle thefts tied to Pierce and Ron Shepard happened.
Capps says he and Pierce continue talking with law enforcement in a number of states and he hopes to have an agreement worked out before pierce goes back to court at the end of June.
