SEMO Baseball player Parmley sets school hits record

Southeast Missouri State Shortstop Kenton Parmley set a career hits record Friday at Jacksonville State.

The Goreville native collected career hit number 288 which topped the 287 mark of SEMO Hall of Famer Jeremy Johnson.

The Redhawks defeated Jacksonville State 5-3.
