SEMO Thrower wins Freshman of the year award

Southeast Missouri State Freshman Track and field stand out Kevin Farley has been named Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the year.

Farley ranks in the top five in the OVC in three throwing events.

The Freshman out of Springfield, Illinois is the 2nd Southeast competitor in program history and the first from a men's program to earn Freshman of the year.
